Paddy joins Manguard Plus as Regional Contract Manager, bringing over 16 years of experience across contract management, security operations, investigations, compliance, risk management and client engagement.
Holding an MSc in Security Management and Intelligence, a Diploma in Asset Risk Management, and professional certifications including CSSM and CPO, Paddy combines academic expertise with extensive operational experience across complex and high-profile environments.
Throughout his career, Paddy has supported critical infrastructure, corporate, and data centre operations, delivering strong governance, operational excellence and client-focused service delivery. He is also recognised within the industry through his involvement with the IFPO and wider professional security community.
Paddy’s appointment further strengthens our operational leadership team as we continue to support clients across corporate, regulated and critical environments throughout Ireland.
