Congratulations to our Chief Security Officer and Director of Client Solutions, Garry Bergin, on being elected Deputy President of the Security Institute of Ireland.
Garry takes up the role alongside incoming President Joe Leahy, and together they will lead the Institute’s work across the sector.
Founded in 1981 and licensed by the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism, the Security Institute of Ireland is the security industry’s sectoral body, responsible for education, course development, training, certification and liaison with the national regulatory authorities across jurisdictions. Garry’s election reflects both his commitment to the profession and the values we hold at Manguard Plus.
